Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Unified subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period (monthly or annually) and are non-refundable, including for partial or unused periods. This keeps billing simple and predictable for everyone.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals — you'll keep full access to the Service for the rest of the period you've already paid for, and won't be charged again after it ends.

Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate charge or a billing system malfunction), contact us at support@unified.design and we'll look into it and make it right.
